It’s not about bullshitting and making lemonade.

Life has been extra life-y and we need connection now more than ever. We need to breathe and be, hold one another’s growth and evolution, and talk about how we *really* are. True self-care is deep and grounded in a solid base of self-compassion. We aren’t taught how to know ourselves or identify our needs, yet alone, ask for what we want, take back our power, and set health boundaries. This is about that. This kind of self-care is an ongoing, iterative process of intentional practice to foster your own wellbeing. It’s balancing what we need with what is actually going on around us. It’s figuring out how to resource and regulate ourselves, when, let’s face it, not everything is in our control.
